Rend Psychiatry, LLC
Nicole Pacella
DNP, PMHNP-BC
A Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Nicole provides comprehensive psychiatric care for adults navigating a range of mental health conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related concerns, substance use, and adjustment challenges.
Combining years of clinical experience with her ongoing role as a Clinical Assistant Professor in graduate psychiatric nursing, she offers a balanced approach that merges research, expertise, and empathy - bridging academic insight with compassionate, individualized care.
Nicole's practice philosophy extends beyond diagnosis and treatment; it reflects a dedication to helping individuals move toward wholeness and lasting well-being.

At Rend, Nicole brings both depth and light to psychiatric care - meeting patients where they are with understanding and a focus on genuine healing. Rooted in the belief that true strength is found in vulnerability, she provides a space to be comfortably uncomfortable - to sit with what is raw, real, and still unfolding. Each journey, though unfinished, remains unbroken.
With an approach that integrates thoughtful medication management and supportive, practical guidance, her goal is to help patients feel capable and connected in their daily lives.
